This sound is created with two sounds that i recorded at the university. First, the sound of the zip of the pocket and then the falling keys sound. First of all, i cut the two fragment,from two different track, that i wanted for my mix. After, i first worked on the zip sound, which was pretty bad recorded but, after reduced noises, all seemed better ! i made the same thing for the other sound, the falling keys one. Then i ad the last one at the end of the first one, mix a little bit to make the two sounds seemed natural together. After, i normalized the track. At the end, i saved and export my track !.

The beautiful, simple call of the field cricket is one of my favorite insect sounds. In late summer though the huge choruses of katydids and cicadas often drown out the simple beauty of this love song. Later, as the season progresses into fall and the temps dip to where the cicadas and katydids no longer sing, these simple, beautiful field cricket calls still last up to the time that the days just can't stay warm any longer. I like to see how late into the season i can hear these guys---something just hauntingly mesmerizing hearing this sound and no other on a mild autumn day, after a cold night. . I was fortunate enough to capture this recording on september 4th 2013 in my backyard. Recording made around 4:30 in the morning with my h4n recorder using its internal built-in microphones.

It's a recording of a calcium-sandoz® forte/fuerte 500 mg effervescent tabled falling into a glass of water and dissolving. You can hear the tablet dropping into the water and water droplet hitting water surface back. After w while - co2 buubles start to appear creating noisy sound. The recording has a long natural fadeout and unfortunately some background noise. I leaved "silence" before the sound starts so you can de-noise the recording to your needs (i prefer audacity for denoisig). Recorded inside of my wardrobe for acoustic isolation using zoom h2 on a mic-stand. Recoded as 96khz/24-bit wav. Normalized, truncated and convertet do 16-bit flac using audacity. I've converted this to 16-bit as it still has plenty of noise and 24-bits would not be any better after normalization.

Recorded at hope st radio, a bar/restaurant/radio station at collingwood yards, during the tail end of a disorganising community dinner. In this recording, about 80 people are learning or playing mah jong while the restaurant kitchen closes service and the sound system is off. I was laying in the sunshine about 10 meters away, falling asleep :). I'm back with another binaural. I am attempting to capture the sounds that remind me of the places i have visited. This is a recording of fuertaventura, in the canary islands, on a pebble beach the morning after a big wave swell. The rocks being moved by the sea are at least as big as footballs, and the waves are 8-12ft. I upgraded my binaural mics to roland cs-10em from my homemade ones. I'm happy if you can notice the difference. I like that they are combined mics and earphones with little windbooms. Files are recorded in:24-bit 96khz. Wav. They are as big and as high quality as i can make. Please comment :).

Here in the midwest we were treated to a nice preview of autumn here in the northern hemisphere. Both the temperature and humidity were nicely lower than usual and this soundscape was recorded featuring the beautiful northern breezes and a few of the birds that still live here. Since this ambience was recorded during the work-week, there are hardly any man-made internal combustion engine noises. Just the wind lifting and swirling through the tired forest and the blue jays, crows and insects. Recording made at 2:30pm on september 13 2022. The right channel, the very low-noise direction shotgun microphone, was pointed just about straight up at the leaves and branches of a huge cottonwood tree whose dry leaves were putting on a show.
